Join us Tuesdays in May at 5:30 pm outdoor Strong!
Group strength training class incorporating a variety of movements designed to get you stronger over the next 4 weeks! Led by Andy Smith, you will get options that will challenge those with experience, as well as suit those who are new to strength training!
Bring a mat and a pair of medium-sized dumbbells if you can, but we will have weights to share as well.
