Fall Fitness Kickoff Saturday!
Join us for FREE Strong and Yoga on Saturday, October 4th, beginning with Strong at 8:00 am followed by Yoga at 9:15 am. We will have water, coffee and snacks too!
Strong class is focused on fundamental strength movements using a combination of body weight exercises, resistance bands, and weights designed to to get you stronger in all your major muscle groups. If you’re new to strength training, you will get options that suit your abilities.
Yoga will be a fun, flowing class combining sequences from various styles of yoga to give your body the breath work and movement it needs. This class is designed to benefit the beginner and more advanced students.
Please wear comfortable clothing, bring a yoga mat, and some weights if you have them.
