Stay strong and stay connected with daily workout plans and weekly group challenges with people on your level! We will fight the uncertainty and isolation by keeping active and supporting each other.

Weekly challenges will include fun things like:

  • Check out a new walking, running, or biking path.

  • Visit a landmark (outdoors) in your town you haven't before.

  • Try a new healthy food and share your recipe.

And of course, fun fitness measurables like squats and planks, and more!

The best part, you will share it all in a fun and connected group where you can share chats, pictures, videos as well as ask questions of each other and the Trainer!

Here are the fitness details:

  • Weekly challenges based on YOUR goals - example, if this week is steps, one person can choose 5,000 steps per day, and another can choose 15,000. They are your goals!

  • Daily workout plans sent by mobile app, with videos and instructions.

  • Multiple weekly live-streaming group workouts!

  • Nutrition plan goals, meal plan reviews and guidance.

  • Private messaging and question response daily, and Office Hours multiple times weekly for additional live contact.

  • Beginning and ending goals and accomplishments!

The Challenge is great for those who enjoy camaraderie and get energy from others! However, if you dread sharing in a group, struggle with comparison or body image issues, or have very limiting orthopedic, health, or personal concerns, consider the Custom Coached Plan.

Custom Coached Training Plan

All Custom Coached Plans include:

  • Fully Personalized Training Plan that suits your fitness level and available resources.

  • Two live-streamed, individual instruction sessions (per month).

  • Daily workout plans sent by mobile app, with videos and instructions.

  • Meal Plan review and coaching.

  • Access to group fitness-style videos and workouts of the day videos.

  • Private messaging and question response daily, and Office Hours multiple times weekly for additional live contact.
